Martial Canterel is the solo project of Brooklyn-based musician Sean McBride, who also performs as half of the duo Xeno & Oaklander. The foremost practitioner in minimal synth today, since 2002 he has been crafting Martial Canterel’s utterly distinctive analogue sound, with his virtuosic modular synth and masterfully adept live performances.
